1. What Reelist is
Reelist is online-only software that helps you build themed watchlists, plan movie nights, log and review what you watch, and generate original shareable cards and year-in-review recaps. It is an organiser and planning tool only. It does not provide, host, stream, download or link to any film, and it does not sell cinema tickets.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 to use Reelist; users aged 13–17 need a parent or guardian’s consent. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are subscriptions billed in USD through Stripe, in advance, and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown on the Pricing page. Plans provide service allowances, not stored credit; unused monthly allowance does not roll over. We may change prices with notice for future billing periods.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use Reelist lawfully and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy. In particular, you must not use it to request, share or distribute pirated content or resource links, and you must not upload infringing material.
6. Your content and generated results
You keep ownership of the notes, ratings and reviews you create. Rights in generated cards and recaps are covered by our Content License. You are responsible for the content you submit and confirm you have the right to submit it.
7. AI-assisted recommendations
Recommendations are AI-assisted and may be inaccurate, incomplete or not to your taste, as explained in our AI Disclaimer. They are suggestions only and are not official descriptions of, or age guidance for, any film.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep Reelist available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, add or remove features, and may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for your viewing choices. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live. Contact: PARK CIRCUS LIMITED, 15 Woodside Crescent, Glasgow, Scotland, G3 7UL, United Kingdom.
