How billing works
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Reelist never sees or stores your full card number.
- Your statement shows REELIST.
- Manage or cancel your subscription anytime from the Stripe customer portal linked in your receipt.
- Renewals bill automatically at the same price until you cancel.
Refunds & cancellation
Fair and clear
Cancel whenever you like and keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Because plans are subscriptions rather than stored credits, unused monthly allowance isn’t refundable, but we handle faulty-charge and duplicate-charge cases promptly.
